Notice of Settlement
A legal settlement has been reached in the above consumer protection lawsuit. Grocery Delivery E-Services USA Inc., dba HelloFresh denies liability. This settlement requires Grocery Delivery E-Services USA Inc., dba HelloFresh to make certain changes to how it advertises automatically renewing product subscriptions on its website, www.hellofresh.com. The settlement also provides money to eligible California customers.
You may be included in the settlement if all of these are true:
- You were enrolled in an Automatic Renewal Product Subscription any time between January 1, 2019, through August 18, 2025; and
- You were charged for the first shipment without your knowledge or consent; and
- You cancelled your Automatic Renewal Product Subscription after the first shipment; and
- You never received a refund for the above charge(s).
If you want to be included in the settlement, you must submit a claim online by December 17, 2025, or ensure it is received by the Claims Administrator no later than December 17, 2025, if submitting by mail.
